Do you love corgis? So do we! With their little stumpy paws, floofy butts, big ears, and even bigger personalities it’s hard not to fall in love with them!
While fuelling our obsession with corgi related collectables over the years, we found that there just aren’t enough high-quality corgi products out there. We know we can do better than that, and thus Corgi Comforts was born!

About our founder Maddie, and her corgis Mia and Ganon
Our founder Maddie has always been a huge animal lover, over her lifetime she’s loved many cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, fish, hermit crabs and her family dog Merlin who was a gorgeous golden retriever. Maddie’s love for Corgis flourished when she and her partner Ryan got their first puppy together, a tiny, adorable little Welsh Pembroke Corgi named Mia.
Mia was the cutest little corgi potato as a puppy, Maddie and Ryan loved her silliness, smartness & sassiness, but they especially admired her strength. Mia was born with a Patent Ductus Arteriosus (hole in the heart) and had to undergo surgery just weeks after they brought her home. It was a hard time for them all, but they got through it and Mia has been loving life ever since!
Maddie and Ryan wanted to share all the joys and happiness Mia brought into their lives, so they decided to start up the Instagram account “@MeOhMyMia”. After they posted their first picture of her in 2017, it didn’t take long for the world to become immediately enamoured with Mia’s cute charm and iconic personality.
Being an energetic and playful pup, it was natural for Maddie and Ryan to consider getting Mia a playmate, one that could match her enthusiasm. Luckily enough they were able to add another corgi loaf of sunshine into their lives, and his name was Ganon!
Ganon was the pawfect little puppy, he was super playful, cuddly, and loving. He looked up to his big sisfur Mia instantly and they became inseparable. The new addition to the family meant new opportunities to show Mia and Ganon’s dynamic relationship to the world! Maddie and Ryan created a Tiktok account (also called “@MeOhMyMia”), where Ganon’s adorable puppy antics mixed with Mia’s charm made them a fan favourite, blowing up on social media an becoming one of the first viral corgis pairs on Tiktok.
Maddie has loved creating the photos and videos of Mia and Ganon that have entertained and been enjoyed by so many people. Beginning drawing when she was little, Maddie has explored numerous different art forms over the years, Graduating University with a bachelor’s degree in Photography & Animation, “@MeOhMyMia” and “Corgi Comforts” have been the perfect way of combining her expertise in the world of art, mixed with her love and appreciation for Corgis.
